Our Process

We focus on finding the right solution for the job. We select tools, technology and systems based on the problem domain and the client's needs. While we are agnostic to tools, technology and systems, we leverage our experience and expertise to guide you to a successful result. This flexibility allows us to go from Waterfall on one project, switch to Kanban or Agile on the next, or easily follow any variation of iteration lengths and cycles.

 

 Discovery

We first seek to understand and listen to your challenges. Only then can we begin to think critically about the problems you face. This is the begginning of our collaboration and integration with you and your team.

 

 Definition

We then regroup internally and collaborate with you to better define the problem and potential solutions. During this phase, we look to document and clarify your needs. This helps us both focus on the true problem areas and available solutions, which we'll iterate through in the final 3 phases.

 

 Design

Once we've defined what we want to solve, we work together with you to design the solution. We offer options where possible to fit your needs. The design can be as flexible or as defined as needed. At the end of the day, this is YOUR design so customer satisfaction is JVR's goal during this phase.

 

 Development

This is the execution and feedback loop of your project. We work in an Agile process focusing on providing milestone deliverables and collecting feedback to ensure proper direction.

 

 Delivery

Simply put, we love to tie things up with a bow. We don't leave the package at your door (unless you ask us to :) ). We drive the solutions home and guide you through implementation and training, where necessary.
